Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Custom production begins immediately after order placement

Shipping Time

  • Domestic orders: 5–10 business days after processing

  • International orders: 10–20 business days after processing (may vary by location)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

  • If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact your local post office first

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun

  • Please double-check your order details before completing checkout
